Bàcaro: "a Venetian wine bar offering small plates".  This restaurant concept has taken the Mediterranean food scene in Cayman to an entirely new level.  As their name suggests, the menu primarily features dishes that range in size from nibbles to small plates that are meant to be shared amongst your table...or not.  If you are feeling more than peckish you can always order more throughout the meal or choose from their limited selection of medium and large plates.  Don’t forget to try their on of their creative cocktails on your visit, especially their popular Espresso Martini for a pick me up.   They also have a ton of weekly specials for you to take advantage of, including a 3-course express lunch with a glass of wine or beer for CI$29, happy hour every Tuesday to Saturday 5-7pm, ‘Bubbles and Breakfast’ every Saturday for CI$30 and their ‘Weekend Feast’ on Saturday and Sunday where you can enjoy 3-course lunch for just CI$42 (a lighter version of brunch if you ask me). Bàcaro's open-air and nautical design make it the perfect place to grab a drink and meal with friends.
