Blue Cilantro
Clay oven roasted diver sea scallops with a grilled mango and pickled jicama slaw, tomato chutney and chili mandarin drizzle.
From the moment you walk into this blue hued restaurant you can feel at ease knowing that you are in for a unique dining experience. The expectations for this restaurant are high as Chef Shetty is not only the chef & owner, but the President of our very own Cayman Culinary Society. Blue Cilantro prides itself on using quality ingredients and a combination of Indian cooking techniques and/or flavours to create unique dishes. Diners have the option of ordering tapas, a four or six course tasting menu or simply dining a la carte. This is also a great place to grab a seat at the bar and try one of their many cocktails ranging from apertifs to Caribbean favourites. I can guarantee that there is no other restaurant doing East meets West fusion quite like them in Cayman.
