chai & chaat Brunch at cracked conch
Another interesting event added to this year’s Cayman Cocktail Week was Chai & Chaat, a Southern Indian brunch held inside of Cracked Conch’s beautifully decorated Bubble Bar. Chef Muthu and his team delivered on serving guests delicious, authentic Indian flavours with seven dishes, including the explosive Pani Puri, classic Butter Chicken and a Smoked Kulfi dessert. Bartenders Freya and Todd served four delicious cocktails to complement the meal and featured whisky, gin, cognac and rum from around the world. To add to this Indian atmosphere, henna tattoo artists were around to paint intricate designs on guests if they were keen. Overall this is another fantastic event on the roster that I hope will make an appearance in the years to come.
